Personalised mental wellbeing assessment + 3 x 50-minute sessions + tailored tools + between-session support

In three sessions, we’ll uncover what’s really going on in your mind and body, begin working with your mind instead of against it, and lay the foundations for lasting change.

Together, we’ll:

  • Make sense of what’s really going on in your mind & nervous system

  • Learn practical, science-backed tools to steady your thoughts and emotions

  • Begin shifting the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt, overthinking, or fear

You’ll leave this phase feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control of your inner world - often for the first time in years.

Step 3: Continue Your Journey

After the Foundation Series, we’ll pause, reflect, and decide together what kind of support feels right for you.

Over 6–12 sessions, we’ll move through each phase - Recognise, Regulate, Rewire, Reconnect, and Rise - to help you calm your mind, strengthen self-trust, and build emotional steadiness that lasts.

It’s structured enough to guide you, but spacious enough to honour your pace.


The Mental Freedom Mentorship - for full support and accountability (from £350/month)

This is for women who want more than sessions - they want a trusted coach & mentor in their corner as they integrate everything they’re learning into daily life.

Includes:

  • Two private coaching sessions each month

  • WhatsApp or voice-note support between sessions for real-time guidance

  • Personalised tools, exercises, and reflections

  • Optional mini check-in calls between sessions

  • Priority booking and ongoing accountability
