I’m a Mental Wellbeing Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and lifelong student of the mind - and I’ve helped hundreds of women free themselves from overthinking, self-doubt, and mental noise.
Before this work, I spent a decade in the corporate world, looking confident on the outside while quietly running on fear and perfectionism underneath.
Learning to understand my own mind changed everything - and now, it’s what I help other women do every day.
