My Approach: 🧠 The Mental Freedom Framework

All my work is rooted in The Mental Freedom Framework - a structured, science-informed, soul-fuelled method developed through years of study and hundreds of hours coaching women.

My framework takes you through five progressive phases designed to calm, rewire, and strengthen your mind from the inside out.

The Five Phases of Mental Freedom:

  1. RECOGNISE what’s really happening in your mind - uncovering how it works & the patterns that drive overthinking, self-doubt & emotional overwhelm.

  2. REGULATE your emotions & nervous system - building calm, emotional resilience and the ability to respond rather than react.

  3. REWIRE your thinking - using practical, neuroscience-backed tools & techniques to create new, empowering habits of thought and behaviour.

  4. RECONNECT with your values, needs, and inner voice - rebuilding trust, self-compassion, and genuine confidence from the inside out.

  5. RISE into a steadier, truer way of living - leading yourself from self-trust, not self-surveillance

The Nuts & Bolts

  • Format: 50 minute 1:1 sessions, online or in person (Bristol, UK).

  • Cost: £85 per session. (I reserve a small number of sessions each month at a reduced rate for those who might not otherwise be able to access this work - please get in touch)

  • Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly

  • How we’ll work: Every session combines exploration, insight, and practical tools - helping you create lasting change, not temporary relief.

  • Between sessions: Tailored tools, reflections, gentle accountability, and light check-ins where helpful.

  • Confidentiality & safety: A calm, non-judgemental space grounded in compassion and ethical practice.

  • First step: A relaxed 20-minute call to understand where you are and what you need.
