What It’s Like to Work With Me

I offer 1:1 coaching in Bristol at my private practice in Bedminster (BS3). Located at Willway Yard, the room is a light-filled sanctuary designed for reflection.

For those outside of Bristol, or for those who simply find it easier to hold space from their own environment, I also provide secure, high-quality online coaching sessions.

Whether we meet in person or through a screen, the depth of the work remains the same: dedicated time for you to explore, understand, and grow.

  • Investment: Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £85.

  • Location: 4 Willway Yard, Bristol, BS3 4BG.

  • Frequency: Most people begin with weekly or fortnightly sessions, depending on what feels right.

  • Every session combines exploration, insight, and practical tools - helping you create lasting change, not temporary relief.

  • You can choose to meet online via Google Meet, or in person at my practice in Bristol (UK). Many clients like to mix both, depending on schedule and preference.

  • Sessions are £85.

    I believe this work should be accessible so I reserve a small number of sessions each month at a reduced rate for those who might not otherwise be able to access coaching with me - please get in touch if you’d like to talk about this.
